The Best Things in Life Are Rescued

Just wanted to let you know that 8 ½ month old "Penny" (aka Katrina) has passed her Intermediate Training class at Petsmart, and also passed her "Puppy" level testing and is now enrolled in the CGC program as part of her becoming a Therapy Dog (for visiting nursing homes and hospitals) – she is a very mellow and well behaved pup, and always has been. She's beautiful… 50 lbs, healthy and is fed a grain free specialty diet. Yep, spoiled as hell.

I know that I supposedly "rescued her" through your agency, but the real story here is how she is rescuing me… every day.

Just thought you might like to start out your Monday with a great big Thank You for a dog-well-done, and to hear that I really feel like I won the puppy lottery here.

Thank you for all that you do for pups that need homes.

FYI… Penny has passed her CGC and is now training for her Community and Urban titles. She has also completed 10 Nursing home visits on her way to earning her Therapy Dog title. She knows about 25 tricks.
