The submission of photographs and/or video to Life Is Better Rescue in connection with a success story, foster experience, or otherwise is deemed to grant permission to Life Is Better Rescue, its representatives, employees and assigns (collectively, the “Rescue”) all rights to use and publish such photographs or video in any media and to alter same without restrictions for any lawful purpose (including by way of example and not limitation, publicity, illustration, presentations, and Web content), all without prior examination or approval and any right to compensation. The Rescue is not liable for any claims and liability related to said photographs and video submitted to the Rescue, including without limitation any claims based on libel, the right of publicity or privacy.
